Join me in my private separate entrance home gym with equipment ranging from a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a landmine, sandbags, TRX, cable, bench, and more.

COVID-19 related details: Fortunately this space is closed off from the rest of the house. It has windows to crack, a medical-grade high power air filter that filters fungi, bacteria and viruses as small as the COVID-19 virus, and central heating and cooling. I use special HVAC filters in the home that trap and kill viruses. Masks are always optional if desired. For clients that test positive for COVID-19, I ask them to follow the CDC guidelines for isolation & masking.

Sessions are available for one-on-one personal training, partner training, or semi-private training for up to 3 people.

REMOTE

Fear not, these live remote sessions are not your average Zoom work meeting. Virtual training appointments together will be fun and engaging. They’ll include continuous detailed coaching & encouragement, improve your consistency and accountability, and are tailored to you, your space, equipment, and your body’s needs.

Sessions range from one on one personal training, partner training, or small group training up to 6 people.
