COACHING OPTION #1

In-Person

Get results faster by personal training in my private home gym in Marblehead, MA.

The studio is equipped with a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a landmine, sandbags, TRX, cable, Ancore, bench, slam balls, battle rope, bike, heavy bag, and more. Sessions are available for one-on-one personal training, partner training, and women’s semi-private training for up to 3 people.

COACHING OPTION #2

Live remote personal training session over Zoom with personal trainer Ryan Healy

Remote


Virtual training appointments together will be fun and engaging. They’ll include continuous detailed coaching & encouragement, help improve consistency and accountability, and are tailored to your space, equipment, and individual needs.

Create connections & have fun w/ your coach, with the option to add up to 5 additional teammates for small group training, one-on-one personal training, or partner training. A laptop is ideal for viewing & moving around, but any device that can run Zoom will work.

Fear not, these live remote sessions are not your average Zoom work meeting.

COACHING OPTION #3

Online personal training & program design by Ryan Healy, NSCA CSCS

Online Programming

Let an experienced coach take the guesswork out of your training programs to help you reach your goals faster.

A personalized training program will be delivered through an app after a check-in every 4 weeks, with optional weekly written and video coaching feedback. Programs are designed around your equipment, goals, time preferences, and individual needs. Great for folks who can hold themselves accountable but are looking for guidance, support, and direction in their training.
